I'm Dylan Lindsey, a Denver-based communications strategist, designer, and photographer. I help nonprofits, civic organizations, and small businesses turn ideas and strategies into campaigns people notice. I also photograph the individuals and milestones that matter, from portraits to engagements.

Strategy

Turn a goal into a campaign that actually reaches people. I work with organizations that know what they want to achieve but not yet how to build it, then handle the planning and the execution to carry it across the line. Includes campaign strategy, social media management, content creation, messaging, stakeholder research, and community and youth engagement.

design

Build the identity and materials that make your message land and stay consistent everywhere it shows up. From a first logo to a full set of assets, I create work that feels intentional and true to the organization behind it. Includes brand development, visual identity and style guides, newsletters and print collateral, and digital assets.

Photography

Give your story a face. For organizations, that means event coverage, brand imagery, aerial and drone, and professional headshots. For individuals, it means portraits, engagements, families, and graduation sessions, shot in a way that actually feels comfortable.

My Experience

Working with Organizations

The extra set of hands your mission needs

I'm the extra set of hands that mission-minded organizations need to take their work to the next level. My experience spans in-house and agency roles alongside my own client work: I've built and run social media for the University of Denver, and at CIG PR I contributed to campaign and communications work across the region, including corridor revitalization on Colfax focused on keeping residents and their spending in the district. I've also supported high-level government communications, including executive-level work involving state police and Secret Service details.

Most of the organizations I partner with are mission-driven: nonprofits and foundations, civic and government teams, and small businesses that don't have a large in-house creative team but still need the work done well, including groups like the Boettcher Foundation, the Colorado Farm Bureau, the City of Englewood, and the Colorado News Collaborative. Many come to me at the start of something, when they know what they want to achieve but not yet how to get there, and I help them turn it into real, visible work.

Capturing the moments that frame your story

I photograph the people and milestones worth remembering, from engagement and family sessions to graduation portraits and professional headshots. I also work with individuals on personal branding, helping people establish their own identity for public speaking and beyond.

Whether you're marking a new chapter or stepping into the spotlight, my aim is the same: work that feels grounded, intentional, and true to the person behind it.
